Early Autumn Sotterley Wedding

September 22, 2020

Hunter & Vicky

After almost a decade together, Victoria and Hunter became husband and wife on Saturday at Historic Sotterly Plantation. This has been Vicky’s dream wedding reception venue since she was a little girl! Now all her wedding day dreams came true, and the man of her dreams is hers forever. I am so glad that COVID didn’t derail their wedding plans! They were able to get married with all their family and friends around to celebrate with their original plans of a Sotterley wedding.

Vicky is detail oriented and very prepared (aka the perfect Costola Bride!), while also warm and welcoming. I mean, she gave me a gift on her wedding day! Hunter is goofy, strong, and puts Vicky first. All day he kept saying “this is about her, as long as she is happy, I’m happy!” HOW SWEET?!

The weather was perfect and set the tone for a gorgeous fall wedding. There is nothing that screams fall like these colors and 60 degree temperatures! Thank you so much to Vicky and Hunter’s families for letting me be part of this long awaited day. From TikTok dances with the bridesmaids to crying as they became husband and wife, I had a blast. Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Windsor! Enjoy this beautiful early Autumn Sotterley wedding.
