A Rustic Waterfront Wedding

October 15, 2018

Trisha & Mike

After over 3 years of shooting weddings, we can honestly say that there are few things that bring us more joy on a wedding day than brides and grooms with amazing relationships with their friends. I love seeing the tears, the hugs and the sweet interactions between the couples and their friends. Trisha and Mike’s group of friends were all friends with each other, which made for a hilarious waterfront wedding day.

Trisha and Mike had such a beautiful day. The storms stayed away and the bay was right beside the ceremony site. Trisha’s sweet dad walked her down the aisle. It was straight out of a timeless movie! As she came around the corner of the aisle Bruce saw her for the first time and his eyes were teary. I was shooting the processional but I could hear all of the sniffles of the bridesmaids behind me. Throughout the entire day, Trisha and Mike’s friends were invested and engaged in their celebration! The tears, hugs and laughter are so evident in their images and it was such an honor to be the one capturing their day!

Enjoy this gorgeous rustic waterfront wedding in Shady Side, Maryland!!! Ps. You’re going to love her dress!!!

Wow! You do a lot of weddings. I guess a waterfront wedding is what you have over there. We have beach weddings over on this side of the US. 🙂
