Amanda & Matt
It was a happy wedding day for Amanda and Matt this weekend for their St. Mary’s Church wedding ceremony in Annapolis, Maryland!! This was a bit of a micro wedding, if you will, due to the restrictions that we still have in place for COVID-19, but that didn’t stop Amanda and Matt! They live streamed the ceremony for their friends and family to see! It’s truly amazing that we live in a time where we can use technology to our advantage and be able to do these things!
Tony and I had never photographed at St. Mary’s Church before but always wanted to do because of how stunning it is! I mean, just look at those ceilings! You walk into the church and immediately feel the grandness of God. It was the perfect day for these two to say “I do”!
Once the ceremony had ended, we headed outside to the back of the church which sits right on the water. On our walk there, we were greeted by some of Matt and Amanda’s friends who made them a beautiful banner congratulating them on their marriage!! How sweet is that?! So naturally, they used it as a “finish line” tape and ran through it. It was hilarious and a memory to be documented, for sure!
Amanda and Matt, thank you for inviting Tony and I to be a part of your special day. We feel honored to be two of the few witnesses of your ceremony. We are counting down the days to your big celebration next year!! Congratulations!
