As a wedding photographer, being part of this spectacular gathering of industry professionals was nothing short of a delightful experience. The three days were filled with insightful sessions. Equally, it was also filled with the joy of meeting new people and forming connections that are truly unmatched.
The Warm Embrace of Welcome
Upon arrival the atmosphere was instantly set to a playful and energetic tone. Indeed it was a Barbie-inspired dream. Everyone was adorned in various shades of pink. Moreover, the registration and gifting arrivals felt like stepping into a world of creativity and fun surprises. Engage ensures that you never leave empty-handed, a delightful touch that sets the tone for the entire event.
The opening session of Engage took us in Boca Raton’s hall that was a burst of unapologetic color – from the walls to the chairs and the stage. It was a lively introduction that set the stage for the exciting days ahead. Following the session, we stepped outside for sunset cocktails, an enchanting time filled with details that never failed to impress. It was the perfect opportunity to mingle with new friends and reconnect with familiar faces. The welcome party and after-party that ensued marked the end of a day filled with laughter, dance, and the highlight – a mesmerizing drone show.
Then, the morning and afternoon sessions of Day 2 were not only informative but also injected with a dose of fun by engaging speakers. The dessert party that followed maintained the pink theme with a delightful array of pastel-colored sweets. Engage doesn’t just offer sessions; it creates an immersive experience that extends to every detail.
Lastly, the final day commenced with a keynote speech by Will Guidara, author of “Unreasonable Hospitality.” Breakout sessions covered a myriad of topics, including “Scale Luxury: How to Grow a Business Bigger Than Yourself” by Abby Jiu and Lisa Zeising, and “Hotel and Resorts: Riding the Engagement Gap Wave” by Jennifer Stein and Harmony Walton. The day concluded with a cocktail hour and the eagerly anticipated gala dance party, wrapping up Engage at Boca Raton on a high note.
