I know I say this all of the time, but seriously, it is the BEST feeling when a past #CostolaCouple has a friend who ends up booking us as THEIR wedding photographers too! That was the case for Tara & Travis. We met at Joanie & John’s wedding almost three years ago! Tara had done the calligraphy for Joanie’s wedding and I always knew that she had fantastic taste, but I was blown away by her vision and how she made it come to life for their southern wedding down at Lake Gaston in North Carolina.
The weather, the clouds, the florals, the reception decor…. it was all so fitting for this wedding day!! This all white and gray wedding day took a lake wedding from being “campy” to a fully elegant affair.
Tara, Travis AND their friends are so photogenic, and it makes our job so incredibly easy on the wedding day. There were moments when I just had to tell Tara that she seriously looked like she walked right out of a bridal magazine and that was the truth! Her beauty and her sweet spirit made this day a photographer’s dream!!!
