Lizzy & Brandon
Our Lizzy is married!!! Our fall intern, Lizzy, married the love of her life, Brandon, this weekend in the gorgeous mountains of southwest Virginia. They said “I do” at the Kyle House surrounded by their closest family and friends. It is always so fun to see how loved couples are based on how many people will drive hours to celebrate their wedding! Needless to say, Lizzy and Brandon are beyond loved, especially by those of us at the Costola Studio.
I was not surprised that their day was dripping with elegance and simplicity. Their black and white color scheme paired perfectly with the winter weather and timelessness of the whole day. They bridged traditions and generations of love through little details like wearing her grandmother’s ring and first look with Brandon and Lizzy’s daughter, Layla. To say I was shooting through tears in an understatement!
One of my favorite moments was Lizzy and Brandon’s dance with their own kids at the reception. They did a joint father/daughter and mother/son dance with Layla and Klayton, their little ones! You could see tears swell up in everyone’s eyes as their family swayed together as one. Also, our spring intern, Holly, was a bridesmaid so it really felt like the Costola family was coming together to celebrate these two!
Lizzy and Brandon, thank you for letting me capture your day. I am inspired by your friendship with one another and am rooting you on in your marriage!
