Lighting for Youtube videos does not need to be complicated OR expensive. All we use are three lights! Seriously! It takes absolutely no time to set up AND it was cheap! All of the lights (the ring light and the two studio lights) and the light stands, we ordered off of Amazon. The tripod that the camera sits on is the only expensive thing, and that’s because it’s the tripod that we use for weddings, so it has to be a little more durable, but you could totally get away with a cheaper tripod.
