INITIAL CONSULT
Once you send us an inquiry, we’ll schedule a call to get to know each other better. If we all decide we’re the perfect fit, we’ll officially book your date with a retainer and signed contract. We’ll also be available throughout the coming months should you need any resources, timeline information, or vendor recommendations.
YOUR CELEBRATION
The big moment is here! We’re so excited to document your happiest moments alongside the people you love most in the world. Throughout the day we’ll be with you to guide with a light touch — ensuring the moment is captured but letting it unfold naturally and honestly.
ENGAGEMENT SESSION
We love engagement sessions as an opportunity to get to know you better as a couple, and as a light, easy day for you to spend getting comfortable in front of the lens. We view this time together as an essential part of our creative process and understanding your story — and to design your heirlooms for this season before you say "I do".
YOUR MEMORIES
We can’t stand the wait — you’ll receive a small sneak preview of your images the day after your wedding. A month later, you can expect your online gallery. We don’t believe your photos should be relegated to the digital world, so we’ll also start the process of designing hand-crafted legacy albums and prints, ensuring you and your loved ones can relive your day for generations to come.
CLIENT MEETING
We’ll check in with you in the months leading up to your wedding weekend to solidify timelines, special details, and discuss any important family photos or traditions with you. Your day is yours, and with thoughtful planning we’ll ensure what’s most important to you is well-captured.
Album & portrait Design
No, your images should not just exist on Instagram. Your album is your first heirloom. We ask you to pick 35 favorite ones so we can create a draft for your review. Only when you are happy with the final layout, do we send the final album design to the printers.

Frequently asked questions
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE CASE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER?
While we pride ourselves on planning for different scenarios, your session day greeting us with a downpour is something that is (unfortunately) outside of our control. When we schedule your initial session date, we like to earmark a rain date just in case Mother Nature has other plans for the original. Regardless, we’ll be in touch via email to confirm a reschedule should anything prevent your session from taking place as scheduled.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK OUR SESSION?
We recommend booking your session date sooner rather than later. During the spring and fall we tend to have fewer open dates due to weddings and travel, so the further we schedule in advance, the more likely we are to be available on your first preferred date.
In order to reserve your session date, we require a signed contract and a retainer.
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
We have our very own personal stylist on our team to ensure that you look and feel your best during your time with us - this includes links and a mood board to ensure that your portraits are one of kind and tailored just for you.
WHAT IF WE GET NERVOUS IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA?
Feeling awkward posing for photos is completely normal. Our approach to photography is grounded in making your time in front of our lens as natural as possible. We capture moments of true connection and emotion, not just pre-planned poses. We recommend choosing an activity for your session — like going to your favorite bar or out for ice cream — to help get you into the headspace of just having fun together. After a few minutes of shaking your nerves out, you’ll be feeling comfortable in no time.
