Kara & Dan
And we are back!! WOW! It’s been a LONG 4 months since the last time we were able to take portraits and it feels so good to be back at work! We even got to kick it off in the best way – with a trip to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for Kara and Dan’s engagement session! I haven’t seen Kara since Samantha & Patrick’s wedding day at Herrington on the Bay, so it was amazing to see her again and finally meet Dan, the love of her life!
Kara & Dan actually met on Bumble in Pittsburgh a week after Kara had moved there. They’ve now been been together a year and seven months! Dan proposed on an evening river boat cruise around Pittsburgh which I’m now DYING for Tony and I to take the next time we are in town. Dan’s sister was even visiting from England (yes, Dan has the BEST English accent!) and they tricked Kara to go on the dinner cruise so she would be surprised. And was she ever surprised!!
Now we’re counting down the days til their wedding celebration next year back in Southern Maryland, where Kara grew up, at the Running Hare!
