Victoria & Ryan
It was completely EMPTY this morning for Victoria and Ryan’s engagement session at the cherry blossoms! I was actually in shock. The past few times we have been to the tidal basin this month, it has been PACKED. This morning? Not a soul in sight. I was almost afraid haha. But it made for AMAZING portraits because we didn’t have to fight a single photographer on all of the good spots! 😀
Victoria and Ryan are getting married later this year, so we figured a spring engagement session would be perfection. It was so cool hearing about how Ryan had been stationed in Okinawa and how gorgeous the cherry blossoms are in JAPAN. I can only imagine! These two are the complete perfect pair. You can tell that Victoria is just the center of Ryan’s world. He probably told me that he loves her like ten times and I’m over here like “TELL ME MORE!!” I LOVE IT! There is something so refreshing about seeing couples who are just so madly in love, they can’t help but tell everyone about it. Maybe it’s the romantic in me? Maybe it’s just because it really is the best thing ever.
Victoria and Ryan, don’t play me with your destination anniversary session threats! 😀 I’ll be here, passport in hand, waiting for you two! Cheers to both of you. We can’t wait to celebrate this year!
