Hank & Sarah
Let’s see a show of hands – how many of y’all experienced a crazy storm last night?? Apparently, there was a terrible storm cloud only over La Plata because over at the Running Hare, it was dry as a bone and blue skies! We were so happy about this because we did NOT want to postpone Sarah and Hank’s engagement session.
Sarah and Hank actually met through Hank’s brother and his girlfriend. They tried getting Hank & Sarah to meet but then Hank reached out to Sarah a month or so later asking to go on a date and they just kicked it off right away! After leaving a wedding at the Running Hare, Hank planned a dinner date at the National Harbor. Before dinner, they were walking around the town when Hank started to get really quiet and was on his phone a lot. Turns out, he was actually coordinating with a photographer to propose!! He kept reaching in his pockets and then pulled out rose petals, spread them on the ground, got down on one knee and asked Sarah to marry him!
