Gina & Nate
It has been INSANE here at the office with two weddings and back to back portrait sessions. This is easily the busiest time of the year for us (for obvious reasons!) because the weather this time of year is PERFECT! The sun is unbelievable and all of that GLOW. Well, you can imagine how much we are singing for joy during our portrait sessions. I probably sounded insane during this Libby Hill engagement because not only was the afternoon STUNNING, but this lady right here is one of my best friends from college! And now she’s getting MARRIED!!
It’s been so cool to be able to say that I knew Gina before she met Nate at VCU. I was a freshman and Gina would call me at 4AM (both of us had issues sleeping) and say “let’s just drive around Richmond!” so she would scoop me up in her Jeep and we would blast Brittany Spears, screaming the lyrics as we just drove around the city at night. Fast forward a year, and I became one of Gina’s sorority sisters! She was at Tony and I’s wedding and now, here we are, we will be photographing her WEDDING in her home state of New Jersey next year!! My heart ACTUALLY skips beats when I think about this. It’s mind blowing to me. God has been so good to bless both Tony and I with such amazing friends and family, and Gina is completely included. I’m so happy that she found her Nate (who is hilarious and totally makes me laugh constantly).
