This weekend, I got to take a short trip to Leesburg with my best friend and Maid of Honor, Haley, from Mink + Milo. I had a session with Andrew + Alli Saturday morning at Tarara Winery in Leesburg, Virginia and figured that since I was over that way, why not make a BFF trip out of it since Haley was free that day!
Tony and I have been to Leesburg many times. There are so many wineries out there and great people, it honestly doesn’t get old. I love Charlottesville, but some of the people who run the wineries down there can be a bit stuffy. In Leesburg, many are family owned and the owners are the ones that are giving you your wine tasting. I like that. I like getting to know the vineyard and the people who made it happen.
