A Potomac River Nautical Wedding

September 16, 2019

Emma & Zack

This blog post is a littttttle late getting to you. We had not one, not two, but THREE #CostolaCouples celebrate their wedding this weekend so you could say that we are VERY busy in the editing department trying to get everyone’s blog posts up ASAP as promised!! First up, Emma & Zach. They were married on the Potomac River at Emma’s grandmother’s house. It was GORGEOUS!! Emma’s grandmother has a home RIGHT on the river, and it’s not a little 10 feet of river front property. She was SO MUCH water front that it made portraits so much fun!

The last time we saw Emma & Zach was at their engagement session! After a year of planning, everything came together perfectly. We have got to fill you in on some funny and amazing things that happened during this wedding! First of all, Emma bought Zach a FOUR WHEELER for a wedding gift. WHAT?! All of the boys (including Tony) were SUPER jealous. Zach made Emma the sweetest book with memories and love letters spanning over the past SIX years that they have been together. Oh, and for the first look, Zach made Emma laugh by wearing this RIDICULOUS blue jacket (that he then made Tony wear). OH! AND THERE WERE FIREWORKS. So yes, this was a wedding to beat!

A huge thank you to the following vendors and companies who made this day so beautiful!
