A Pond View Farm Wedding

September 17, 2018

Aaron & Taylor

You can say that this weekend, ALL of us east coast photographers have been a little on edge. So many different weather forecasts for a category four hurricane, some weddings canceled, then uncanceled.. is it supposed to be pouring or sunshine? We just had no clue what to expect! So when we showed up to Pond View Farm for Aaron and Taylor’s wedding on Friday, we were BEYOND excited to see that it was just supposed to be cloudy! THAT is an act of Jesus, y’all. We know how many prayers were said for this wedding and God heard them all.

There were so many amazing things that happened on this wedding day. Well, I guess I should stop calling it a wedding day, because this was actually a vow renewal! Aaron and Taylor tied the knot about a year ago, so they used this day as a day to celebrate their marriage with their friends and family, and there’s no better way to do it than to host a huge party and dance all night!! Aside from myself getting stung by a yellow jacket (I think I handled it pretty well considering it was in the middle of wedding party portraits haha!), it was seriously just the best day ever. Aaron even made his appearance to the reception… in a TRex suit. And then they started the reception off with a choreographed dance! I could not make this up!!

Taylor and Aaron, thank you so much for having us as your photographers and treating us like family. We are beyond blessed to call you both our friends, and we can’t wait to see you VERRRYYY soon!!
